Black Friday 2020

Order processing times during the Black Friday 4-Day Sale may be delayed 1-2 business days as we expect higher volumes of orders. This means overnight shipments may take 1-2 extra days to deliver.

We also expect our couriers to be working with high volumes of shipments.


Black Friday is the biggest sale of the year! While we have prepared for the sale, there is a chance that Babe Hair may sell out of popular hair extension colors and tools during this sale. Additionally, out-of-stock items may not be purchased with the sale price at a later date and may not be replaced with any other item. All discounts and offers are only valid while supplies last.

Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relationship to all Babe products. This would include, but is not limited to, the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding said product.

Babe, Inc. ships most products directly to our distributors, who are then responsible for delivering the products to respective salons. If you have issues with a product or shipment, contact your distributor first.

For products we do ship from our headquarters, however, we adhere to the following shipping policies.

Babe, Inc. may use a number of qualified carriers including but not limited to Fed-Ex, USPS*, UPS and DHL. We cannot guarantee the performance of these said carriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please call 1-888-840-2223 and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective carrier.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. MST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. MST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude holidays. We highly recommend that you schedule appointments at least 4 to 5 days ahead to allow time for the chosen carrier to complete the pick-up and delivery of your product.

*USPS First Class Mail doesn't offer tracking numbers. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any lost or damaged packages when choosing this option. This is the reason they are able to offer it so cheap compared to their other shipping options.

Color on the Internet
Color monitors display colors differently depending on size, resolution, brand, etc. If you have concerns about specific colors, please email or call our customer service department. We offer a color ring that has all of our colors and are exactly the same as the hair you purchase from us.

Babe, Inc. does not endorse the resale of its products on internet retail sites and as a result cannot be held responsible for goods purchased from these sites.

Babe, Inc. will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client's hair during and and/or after the application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Babe, Inc. products at their own risk.

We may take legal action if necessary against any individuals or entities using the Babe name, logos or script taken from its websites or promotional material.
