Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to the class with me?

You should ALWAYS bring a notepad, pen, combs, & clips to any class with you. If you purchased a Master Elite Course, you will bring all those items, as well as your starter kit, mannequin head & all other training supplies that you received. It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of, and to bring ALL of the required materials to class. In the event that you show up to class and do not have something that you need, you may miss out on that portion of the training.

What if I am unable to attend the class due to a last minute emergency?

You can contact our Education Manager at margo@babehairextensions.com to be rescheduled for a different date, or choose a virtual training option.

Can I receive a refund for my class if I am unable to attend?

No refunds will be made, however, we will reschedule you for an alternate date, or offer a virtual training option to complete the training.

If I purchased the Master Elite Course and my starter kit, mannequin head & other supplies have not arrived, what should I do?

If you have not received your items at least 1 week prior to the starting date of your Master Elite Course, make sure to contact our customer service team at 888-840-2223 to request them be shipped to you.

How do I redeem my $300 credit after my Master Elite Course?

You will receive a gift certificate by email from our customer service team that can be used when you purchase any products on our website. You can simply enter the information into the discount section of the checkout.

When will I receive my certificate after the class?

Your certificate of attendance will be emailed to you within 1 week of the completion of your training date.
