You should ALWAYS bring a notepad, pen, combs, & clips to any class with you. If you purchased a Mastery Tour Certification, your starter kit, mannequin head & all other training supplies that you need will be waiting for you at your class location.

You should contact the company that you purchased your class registration from, and they will try to reschedule you for another class or offer you a virtual option if it is available.

No refunds will be made; however, we will reschedule you for an alternate date or offer a virtual training option to complete the training.

Your certificate of attendance will be emailed to you within 1 week of the completion of your training date.
