Returns & Exchanges
Babe Inc. is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return or exchange, please refer to our Return/Exchange policy below.
Babe Inc. extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with.
Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:
- • Order is within 30 days from the purchase date.
- • Item is in its original condition and can be resold.
- • Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.
- • Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
- • Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.
- • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Babe unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- • All clearance items are final sale.

If the item was bought directly from a distributor and needs a return or exchange, please contact the distributor for their return/exchange policy. For questions regarding your return please contact customer service at (888)-840-2223 ext.2 or email info@babehairextensions.com.
- • Once a return is requested you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps for the return.
- • A printable prepaid return label and return number will be issued (shipping fee will be deducted from return credit).
- • A confirmation email will be sent when the item is processed.
- • Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is received to process.
- • We can only accept returns with our prepaid return label. The original invoice must be included in the package.
- • Package must be postmarked and returned within 7 days from receiving the return label.
The Babe WARRANTY
Register your extensions via QR code located on your package or via https://form.jotform.com/241694046236155 to participate in our 90-day hassle-free, limited warranty program. If you’re product is not registered you will only receive our standard 30-day warranty policy.
Our 90-day hassle free warranty covers factory defects* on all human hair products from the date of purchase. When filing a claim under The Babe Warranty, the hair will undergo an inspection process; however regardless of that outcome, the stylist will receive a replacement of the original item. If the hair is not found to be defective, our team will discuss maintenance and care tips to increase longevity of the hair.
- Chemically processing, intentional misuse or the removal or modification of any of the original components of the extensions VOID the warranty and Babe will not be held responsible. Licensed hairdressers only will be to receive replacement of product.
