Kari Fuller is a recognized extension industry education leader who's successfully balanced 22+ years behind the chair and education to thousands of stylists. Kari was a successful owner/operator of a cosmetology school for over 20 years, and most recently has held the title of Director of Education for Babe Hair Extensions for the last 7 years, in addition to being a national educator and platform artist. Kari will share her experience with training educators for manufacturers and cosmetology schools and how you can too in her Growth Lab session!

Crystal Anderson's mission is to empower beauty industry professionals with her experience as an international educator and business owner. She's supported and helped thousands of stylists advance with their hair extension business by leading and inspiring through education.
