Shipping + Returns


Babe, Inc. ships most products directly to our distributors, who are then responsible for delivering the products to respective salons. If you have issues with a product or shipment, contact your distributor first.

The only products Babe ships directly from their warehouse are marketing supplies. For these shipments, we adhere to the following shipping and Exchange policies.

Babe, Inc. is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return, please refer to our Return Policy below.


Exchanges can be made or Warehouse Credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers must call customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Customers will then need to call and provide a tracking number for the package they are sending back. Babe will not be held accountable for lost packages. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Babe, Inc., unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. There is a 15% restocking fee. Product must be returned to Babe, Inc. prior to shipping the new exchanged item. Include a copy of the original invoice, the PO number or the original release number. Defective Products:

Babe, Inc. will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, Babe, Inc. will ship a replacement product at our expense.

Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:

Babe, Inc. will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. If this happens please contact customer service and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. This typically takes 7 to 10 days to resolve. In the meantime, another order can be placed and shipped, as requested. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of credit or a refund.
